COVID POLICY

As we have returned to work in the midst of the new normal that is COVID-19, we want to assure you of our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace, including being fully vaccinated and boosted.

Part of those efforts also include completing the COVID-19 OSHA Safety and Health Production Infection Control Course and implementing the policies and procedures listed below.

By adhering to guidelines set forth by the CDC and by local mandates, and by remaining flexible in an ever changing environment, we have been able to conduct photoshoots safely and effectively.

  • NashCO requires that you comply with the following protocols and procedures while on-set or on-location. We need your full cooperation and compliance with these measures to make them effective in this new work environment. All policies will be posted on set.

  • NashCO and crew will follow a standard sanitation protocol.

  • Shoot locations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure they are safe and suitable for a shoot. As much as possible outdoor locations will be used.

  • There will be no catering unless there are individual box or pre-packaged meals.

  • All crew, models and clients will have their temperature taken and recorded at the beginning and end of each shoot. Any individual with fever, cough or sneeze will be asked to leave immediately. It is the responsibility of all crew, clients, and talent to notify NashCO if you are feeling sick.

  • Hair and Makeup Artists: HUA are encouraged to use disposable brush sets, individual makeup sets, and new sets of gloves for every talent. They will be asked to follow CDC guidelines.

  • Wardrobe Stylist: Talent is encouraged to wear their own clothing when possible. Stylists can do teleconferencing with the talent and choose the appropriate items from their closet. If they are not able to wear their own clothing, the stylist will pull each look for the talent and only those items will be allowed on set. All steaming, alterations will be done prior to talent arrival.

  • All clients will need to sign a COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver prior to shoot. All talent and crew will need to sign an Assumption of Risk Form prior to shoot.

  • Each shoot is unique so we need to apply our common sense to each situation and adhere to new guidelines as they emerge. Be flexible and kind!
