PORTLAND, OR - NOVEMBER, 3, 2014: After a day at work for Ernst & Young LLP, Assurance Manager Todd Bedrick plays with his 10-month-old daughter after dinner. With the support of his employer, Bedrick took six weeks off from May to June for paternity leave where he learned to lull his baby to sleep and said the time helped him form a bond with her.
